We need Careers page in PHP. With following fields
Name - textbox
Email- textbox
Phone Number-textbox
JOB Type- Drop down select box
Note - text area
Attach CV - select file to upload CV
Submit Button
Validation
1. All fields are mandatory except notes.
2. Email validation
3. Phone number validation. Only +91XXXXXXXXXX format
4. User should upload only word, RTF format only.
5. On click of Submit button. Alert "Are you sure you want to submit" Yes ,No button. On click of Yes button. System should process and send all the details along with cv to site admin email id. Finally a confirmation message should display. "Thank you for submitting your CV. We will review and confirm by email"
