Copy & Integrate existing wordpress functionality to a new wordpress site

I am looking for a programmer / team to help me on this, as well as other projects in the future.
I have a NEW wordpress website running avada. I need for functionality from an EXISTING wordpress website to be copied over to the new website. You will be given ftp access to the existing site to copy over the files and database needed. The functionality needed is the following:
- Ability for admin to add/edit/delete events to display on the website and for users to sign up for them.
- Admin area to store/view/search/import/export signups
- Sendpress to send out newsletters to people who have signed up using mailgun to do the mail sending.
The plugins that I see being used are: (There may be more, I don't know) Contact Form DB, Mailgun, Register User Listing, Sendpress Newsletters and a few others. Some of these have been modified on the existing site to work how we want them to.
Ultimately, this needs to function like the existing site, but look like the new site.
