2. your asp will run 3 store procedures and populate data into the template
##### What I will provide
1. access to the plesk hosting login and password (hosting on godaddy)
2. all image / pdf files that the website needs
##### What I need from you.
1. write [login to view URL] that will show the default RIC code = 5 (00005 store in database)
2. [login to view URL] will show the information for RIC coee = 700 (00700 store in database)
3. if no information for ric=9999 then show the information for RIC = 5
- Time: Deliver 1st working version within 2 days,
- Time for Change: leave 2 more days for minor modifications
- Language: English and Chinese
