Hello I have a website project to build a hybrid website. Hybrid means here that the website contains a single page and multi-pages layout.
I need the skeleton and the basic template for these website specifications:
1. Using CMS (Wordpress or OctoberCMS)
2. Responsive (if possible using bootstrap or material design)
3. Contains a cover page (main home), single page with 4-5 sections, and 4 multipages.
4. User can edit the content of the onepage-section on CMS without knowing html.
5. coverpage does not show navigation menu, but the sub pages have 2 different navigation menu layout
6. See attached PDF
You don't need to implement all the details and design.
