Want a web site for real estate , that stands out from the rest
based in Marbella Spain.
Some pointers of what i would like to incorporate.
1)We would like the site simple for ourselves to add and edit properties , Simple to navigate and yet stand out against the other agents.
2)We would like the site to by linked to the network of agents we collaborate with via [login to view URL] using XML feed, AJAX, or iFrame.
3)We also want to add our own exclusive property's , not available to be seen on the network and only on our website.
4)We already own the domain name and web functionality through [login to view URL]
5)We would like a separate web page using a different web address with bullet points and question that would bring perspective clients to us . i.e. To attract clients via a registration .
We will also we would like guidance on how to stay near the top of the search engines
