Please note this project requires high level of expertise in Moddle and PHP. I want to customize an on-prem Moodle instance. Following is my list of tasks:
1. Change Website look using selected theme. Add and remove menus and options
2. Change user registration method. Teachers and Student both should be able to self-register using different registration form fields
3. Automate course creation and deletion. Auto assign teacher and student to a course based on some parameters from their profiles
4. Configure notifications
5. Configure payment gateway
