I would like to have a developer take my old html 3 website and update it to html 5 using Adobe Dreamweaver. The main reason for this update is to optimise the site for mobile searches to conform with Googles new search rules. I can do any graphics that need to be designed, I'm only needing the formatting and new code on the back end. The look/design/color and feel of the site etc is to remain the same.
