I have installed the latest version of Magento and populated the backend with products. What I need now is an attractive store front that is great for mobile shopping. Please deliver the following:
1) Responsively designed front end store
2) Configure taxes, shipping and Paypal
3) Import product reviews (I have these in csv)

Work Scope :
1) Theme Customization and Design
- Customize a Magento theme to our logo
- Mobile friendly and tested against latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari)
- Will have up to 6 product categories
- Design 1 content type page that could be used for About Us, Store Policies, FAQ etc.
2) Populate provided product reviews per SKU (similar to Amazon's)
3) Site/product Search
4) Paypal implementation
5) Vehicle selector (year/make/model/submodel drop down)
- Persistent on every page except check out pages
6) We only ship to the United States, configure shipping and taxes accordingly
