Short HD video production for social media.
WHAT:
I will have a less than 2 minute panoramic video of a city. This panoramic video will be the base video for a short local political clip.
What I will give you:
- 2 minute HD panoramic video It might or might not be stitched together. I am still waiting and negotiation this clip.
- Politician's logo
- A script for the general idea and what will be said (you won't have to worry about sound).
- A detailed description where to add floating captions to the video (here two examples of this captions: [login to view URL] AND [login to view URL]) I will pin point the frame and where the text should go (you can change this if you have a better idea).
- A sample idea how I envision the video. Think Simcity, yeah the game...
What I want:
- A short HD clip without sound.
- 14- 20 floating captions (about 8 large ones, the rest are smaller in the background)
- Intro a 5 sec (aprox) active intro ( here an example: [login to view URL])
- An ending clip - I will be an image, a phrase and a logo. Hopefully there is some action (not static) on this (here an exaple: [login to view URL])
I check my email over a dozen times a day, so I can get back at you right away -most of the time. I can also stay up late if you need feedback right away.

As for my low feedback. Over a year ago, I had a project posted and the money deposited, and the freelancer wanted me to paypal the money directly to him. I had to withdraw the credited money to this website and then send it to paypal, to which it took over 7 days for the money to get credited to my account and by then the freelancer already gave me a poor rating. I decided now to keep my payments through this website, its fair to this website and its fair to you and me. Thats that.
