Design and render graphics for a 3D GUI

I have a OS X and Windows application that needs a 3D GUI. I need someone to design, model, and render the GUI elements so my programmer can implement it.
I have attached our current interface. It is an audio application.
I want a 3D audio mixing board type of interface. The 3D aspect also has to do with the position of 7.1 surround speakers, so I would want the speakers represented in 3D space as well as audio "waves" of some sort.
