Cover design required for action/adventure novel

I'm a debut novelist looking to break into the highly competitive action/adventure genre amongst such best selling authors as Tom Clancy, Dan Brown, Clive Cussler etc.
The cover, in A4, needs to be high impact and attention grabbing. At this stage only front cover is required, not spine or rear cover.
The title of the novel is World Park, and the author (me) is Ryan Lahiff. Both novel and author name should be prominent.
A brief precise of the novel is below to give ideas of potential design elements; although at this stage all ideas and concepts are welcome.

World Park - the ultimate tourist attraction set in the sparkling glitz and new world glamor of Dubai.
An Opening Beyond Belief
Opening day - World Park swarms with celebrities, leaders of nations and families from across the globe alike, all present to witness the unveiling of a theme park without rival. Before events begin to spiral out of control, as bullets fly and explosions threaten to rip the ground out from under everyone’s feet.
Families Torn
Amidst the mayhem families will fight to survive, friends will turn against friend and enemies will emerge as both terrorizer and savior!"
As mentioned open to all ideas, however over the top, after all the style and pace of the novel is definitely over the top action.
