Customise JOOMLA theme Enterprise from ICE THEMES

I have theme Enterprise from ICE THEMES and need customise it according to the designs graphics. Website address I will send by chat, Joomla version 3.xxx. I need some small theme customisations, menu, moving some items into other position.. atc.. Graphics design I will send in pdf
I need this:
1. company has 4 divisions - to enter into each division will be on the frontpage image(s) that serves as a switch to enter the division
2. each division has its own menu in the English language too that is functionally identical for the whole company
3. each division wants to have a graphical differentiation with menu background color menu
4. original template has a circular images "switches" on frontpage for this division entering but that will not be used
5. at the top right of the company will be used company buildings panorama image on the whole website
We have attached the requirements from graphic design to differences in individual divisions, there miss requirements for division gate systems, will be added in future
CHANGE 2014-07-01:
some graphics design changes (mainly colors)
