My wife is a hair and makeup artist. She has a static website at [login to view URL] with a WordPress blog at [login to view URL]
Our goals are:
1) Use a single WordPress installation to drive the entire website. We think this means migrating the static content into a series of new pages in WordPress while ensuring that the existing data and metadata for /blog is preserved exactly as is, and that posts continue to be posted in /blog
2) Identify and install a portfolio theme that will make it easy for her to publish new content. Something that doesn't require lots of image editing or metadata entry in order to post presentable content. Most of her posts are image based with brief text descriptions.
