Build an e-Sports Website

I need a website where e-sports enthusiast can trade virtual items and place bets on matches. The trading is completely virtual so no real cash is involved. No shopping carts or PayPal integration. Bonuses will be given for fast and timely deliveries. Rehiring for web enhancements will also be done for highly satisfactory work output.

TRADING: Users can list their items to the website market (they give the items to us) and if gets sold they get paid in virtual currency. The virtual currency is used to buy other items or to place bets. There is also a concept of item expiry since there is a finite number of items we (our steam bot accounts) can hold.

BETTING: Users use the virtual currency to place bets on matches. The odds are generated by the community entirely. It is total amount of bets on Team A divided by total amount of bets on Team B. There is also a "play money" currency that will be used in promotions.

STEAM: The website will be using the Steam login API to register the users. This will also allow us to view the user's items and make trades with them.

STEAM BOT: There is an existing technology in steam bot trading. Since there will be a lot of trading involved, the website needs to automate this process. The steam bot will be in charge of trades and verifying trades. Again the code is already available (in C#) but will need configuration and integration to fit the website's needs. TECHNOLOGIES: I am flexible with which technologies will be used as long as it gets the job done. There should be an admin portal in which my team can log in. I need different types of access levels like admin (full access) and 3-4 other roles with different levels of access. I should be able to create as many users as I want for the predefined roles.
