My wife and I are planning to open a new restaruant in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The concept is based around pastry and cakes as the key theme, but will also serve meals morning, lunch and evening. Strong focus on customer service and presentation of the menu and great tasting food. My wife's name is Louie and she likes the name of "Gourmet" to be incorporated into a name, so the first thing we are looking for is a brand and description to go with the brand. Louie is a french trained pastry chef and knows how to blend the elements of sweet, sour, salt and chille to produce amazing tasting meals, along with coffee ( locally grown beans) and pastry.
