Design a Logo For Sport Clothing Line

I am looking for a logo for a new sportswear clothing line, this company will be donatinf 100 percent of proceeds to developing rural communities in developing countries. I would ideally like to find someone who would like to contribute to the project by donating this service, however will pay if needed.
The clothing line is called Niara. I already have a bisc idea of what Id like the logo to look like and have drawn it, but I need a designer to make it more marketable and dynamic, yet simple enough that it can be used on clothing.
