Hello all,
I am a designer myself and this is an Adobe Indesign project I need help with. If you don't have experience, knowledge and skills in Indesign, please don't bid. I will be paying for work, not learning.

I have a design for an Annual Report, that will be published in 4 versions - 2 variations in 2 languages (Slovenian and English).
The design is relatively simple and will not require you to do anything complex with applying it. Each publication will have around 90 pages, including cca. 20 full-size photos for each of the section front pages (all of them are already in the file) - so the core is about 70 pages of mostly text and tables.
I need somebody with good knowledge of InDesign, who will put in all the content of each Annual Report (from Word file) and lay it out according to the design. Most of the elements are already designed, so your main focus will be putting in the content, setting up the InDesign structure as needed (styles, masters - some of it is already done) and applying the design styles (masters, paragraphs and character styles) to it. Expect text, graphs, tables, bulleted lists, table of contents, pagination, maybe some small retouches etc.
If I will need some input/suggestions on specific design elements that are not yet designed or need to be improved, we'll go case by case.
The publications will be published as PDFs to the web only, so no print preparation is necessary.

Please provide your bid for all 4 publications together. I'll send you the design file (Indesign package) and the Word file for the first publication after your bid is chosen.
The first publication should be finished in 5 days, then the rest in the following 10 days. If this timeline doesn't suit you, please don't bid.

Some housekeeping rules, to avoid problems for both parties:
Good knowledge of English is required to be able to communicate efficiently. If your English is poor, please don't bid.
Regular communication over Skype is a must - if you don't use Skype, don't have a microphone or have a bad internet connection, please don't bid.
I need you to be reliable, accurate and pay attention to detail. If you have problems with that, please don't bid.

Work process:
Since we haven't worked together before, I would like to start the cooperation with just a few pages of the design - namely some tables, which you will put into InDesign according to the design. If it is done to satisfaction, we'll proceed to another section.
For the first publication, we will be working in intervals: you will make a section of the content in InDesign - I'll review it, you'll continue after confirmation. From my experience this is better for the beginning, to prevent problems and save time with multiple corrections. If all goes well on the first publication, you'll do each of the 3 remaining files.
