Design a Brochure

I need to create a brochure used to sell my yoga business to businesses. It will be double sided, on 8.5 x 11 paper and will be folded in thirds so there will be 3 panels on each side. On the cover panel, will be a picture which will be provided. The rest of the brochure will have difference colour backgrounds to differentiate the panels. The content for the brochure is in the file attached.
