Our website [url removed, login to view] has a banner on the home page and a side bar advert on the other pages which requires alteration to encourage users to contact us. See attached design idea. The link will go through to a SmartSheet for the visitor to complete - this is not to be linked to our 'contact us' page. We also require a product tab image on the home page rotating 90 degrees clock wise.
