Change to Flash Website

We have an existing flash website and need to make a small change to the flash elements.
A screen shot of the current site has been posted with this project.
There are two changes we need:
FIRST
You will see that there are four vertical bars linking to different sections of the site. We need to add a fifth bar.
Each existing bar will need to be made slightly smaller because we do not want to increase the overall width of the site. The fifth bar must be contained within the existing layout.
SECOND
The logo in the top left portion. This should have some animation to it. We're open to suggestions as to what type of animation, but have thought of rotating the circular portion behind the text.
Finally, this is an urgent project and we must have at least part of it completed within 24 hours.
