Do some Excel Work

I try to find old historical cemeteries (historical cemeteries are defined as over 50 years old) and clear the brush if needed, try to find headstones and record the data from them. I then try to create a data base that I can share with the county where the cemetery is located so descendants can have a chance to find their relatives. I want a start page to be filled in for the cemetery,..basic information like location, nearest City, County and state. After this is done, I want a single page that will be the data entry page for one person. When this page is filled in completely, it will then populate a database spreadsheet. The single entry form is then cleared and another person can be entered, etc. Numerous birth and death dates are from 1700's (as in Pennsylvania) to the 1900's as migration spread south and westerly. I found out trying to add the formula to calculate ages that Excel only goes back to 1-1-1900! Because almost 85% of these cemeteries are forgotten, they will certainly grow vegetation again that will hide the headstone. I decided that a GPS reading will direct a person to within a few feet of the headstone even if the area is grown up again. In a perfect world, I ultimately would like the name and the GPS data be linked whereby a map could be drawn there the different graves are located relative to each other. I have attached two Excel files for your viewing pleasure or for your entertainment. It is a cemetery that I am currently working on. Many headstones are still deeply hidden in poison ivy and briers and I cannot take a photo of the headstones. When I can, I want to include a photo link to the headstone photo. I am not a business but a retired individual that does this as a hobby. I wished I could make money at this but several generations of family are often times buried in the same cemetery.

So, with that long introduction, I would like to summarize. One page form for the cemetery information only and the name of the cemetery would populate the individual's data entry sheet. The individuals data entry sheet would also populate a database or a list of the input individuals. After all data is input, the ability to draw a map of the grave locations. When a search is done for the individual, and a individual is chosen, it would highlight the grave location on the map.

This should be relatively easy for someone who knows the software. I just clean the graves and repair the headstones. Seems like people always ask for the information I'm seeking here. I have been cleaning cemeteries since 2004 and I cannot remember all these peoples names. The largest cemetery I've worked on was 8.5 acres with about 3,800 graves. Sadly only about 28% had headstones and all the others were unknowns.
