Combine Excel Spreadsheets to Create a Master Mailing List

I have a number of Excel spreadsheets containing client mailing data.
I need to combine and de-duplicate all of the entries to create a master mailing list for upload to a database.
There are around 30 different lists to combine with a total of about 15,000 entries.
However, the vast majority of these are duplicates and I estimate the master list will have a total of around 2,500 entries.
The information varies across the lists - some include only postal addresses while others have telephone numbers and email addresses. I want to combine all the available information for each unique contact.
Missing data does not need to be researched at this stage but I would like the final list to have columns for the contacts' full name as well as first name and surname separated. Much of this already exists but I'd like the gaps filled in.
Naturally, a high level of accuracy is required. I need to ensure that none of the contacts have been missed or duplicated and that all the information for the contacts has been aggregated into one entry for each.
