Need a cloud based CRM customised quick for a new manufacturing/wholesale business.
Business does several trade shows a year and has 3 sales people, we have about 500 customer leads at the moment from tradeshows. We get about 200 new leads a year at tradeshows.
There are approximately 20-25 products - but there are multiple colours for each item (price may depend on colour and or other options), each year they will add/delete 5-6 products form the range.
Need the ability to send out a quotation to customers directly from the CRM (preferably live at the tradeshow) and have a record of all the quotations we have sent out, (note sometimes discounts will be given). These are wholesale customers don't do any purchasing "online" the quotation would need ot be sent out as an attachment to an e-mail. The quotation needs to have images and specifications of the product.
There are about 50 active customers at the moment - customers usually purchase once or twice a year at most - Need to be able to make sales orders to the customers, and also once the order is shipped the invoice needs to be made to the customer.
I need to be able to make a report of sales orders which are unconfirmed, in production and shipped.
Need this completed in 2-3 days (basic functionality working) doesn’t need to be pretty
Most important I need a mobile app which we can take to our tradeshow in 10 days which our salespeople can use to input customer lead data right away at the show and send out quotations on the spot to the customers who are interested.
