Content writer and support manager [Bangalore Only]

Your responsibilities-

1)Research on health tips and general health articles from defined sources.

2)Help users with support related queries.

You would work under Head of Product of our team. Your primary role is

1. Assist in Research of general health information.

2. Create content as per pre-defined template.

2. Assist in research and add information to profiles for Doctors.

3. Answer support related queries,

Skills required: Very Good proficiency in written English.

Good proficiency in general internet usage, Microsoft Office.

Good at learning skills related to Internet.

Brief Into to your future team: We help patients make better health decisions via consultations, second opinions, localised info, across the globe.<br /> Health decisions put us in some of most stressful states. Helping patients across their journeys, while working in a fun team environment is what we strive for on day to day basis.

You should be based out of Bangalore. You would work out of our office in JP Nagar in a full-time, 8 hours, 6 days role.

Part time roles would need reporting once per week at the office and you would be expected to work 20 hours/week.

Qualification: Graduation

You must have excellent written communication skill in English .
