Anime artist required to create cartoon of 1 photo

I just need someone to be draw 1 anime cartoon based on a picture of my son. (Just copying the same pose will be fine)
I need this to be a basis for a tattoo design, so would need to be about 6 colours (including white skin colour). Size wise around 7cm tall width in proportion to this.
