Animation and graphics - short project

We are a start-up non profit organization based in the UK. We have just had a website designed and are looking for someone who can provide the following services:
1) We need an animation video finished. Someone was currently making a video for us, however they are now unable to finish the project. We have uploaded a sample of the incomplete video. You can download from any of the following links (20mb):

The sampel video is just so you can get an idea of the sort of thing that is required. The sound over is not professional, as it is just to give you a general overview. We mainly just want the video finished, however if you were also able to record a sound over that would be a bonus.
2) We require the design of headed paper (we already have a logo) and a promotional letter to be graphically illustrated, so the layout is pleasing to the eye.
3) We require the design of a contact card (business card size)
4) We require the design of a T shirt with our logo on it
As we are a non profit organisation we are looking for someone who could do this project as cheaply as possible. You will be paid in stages for your work, where the first payment will be released on completion of the video.
