Animate small graphics

I need individuals who can work on animation project. I have many small graphics including objects, characters etc but very simple. You should know converting these into vector in flash and then animate. I have many of such graphics and project may go for long. If you are good in these skills only apply then.
I am looking for dedicated individuals who can work with me on skype and can update me regularly.
We will need some samples before proceeding with this project as we are looking for long term people so we need to see how they will help us in the project.
