Cartoon animation explaining how group buying site works

I want to create a 2min long video that looks like the one here: [url removed, login to view] (check out video HOW IT WORKS). What I would like from you is a cartoon character that checks his computer for a daily deal, sends it to friends by email/twitter and facebook and then prints it and goes out with friends, and is sitting happily on a table eating and drinking. This shows how the daily deal group buying works for the customer. Also I want a small clip where there are a few shops on a road, but one particular shop is different color and has people queuing to be served. The business owner is happy and can't believe his luck. The animation I believe is going to last around 30 seconds, we can fill in the remaining 1min 30sec by other kind of content, a friend will deal with that. Also there will be no sound, you'll just be responsible for the animation part. I haven't found the cartoon character, you can show me a few and I can choose. It needs to be a human (i.e. not cartoon dogs etc).
