Your should create a app as iframe. People find the app on the App Store and download the app. You should provide that on the Stores for us. The app is working with our responsive website as a iframe.
The App should work as iframe version of our website.
The App should work on IOS, iPhone, iPad, Android & Windows Phones. - You should be able to add and mange it on the app stores.
#1 Feature
App starts with the login screen. If a user open first time the app he should be redirect to the login page. If user login so make that the login data are storing in the app so the user has not every time to login.
#2 Feature
I can send on all devices a push-up notification. For example I send the user a message with a link for new video. If user read the message and click on the link he will be redirect to the app and watch the video inside the app.

I can see my users, see statistics about the app, download statistics, user statistics, how many read my push-up notifications.
