BLOG: USA to drop signatures for card payments

I have written an article about the news that North America will no longer require signatures to be made for card payments this month. If you have any suggestions feel free to make them and I can revise the article. For example, if you feel it would be better written as "how to protect against fraud now the USA no longer requires signatures" type article I could give this a go.
