Contest Brief
I will be sending out an email to my customers.
Following are the points that I want to bring across, while showing that we are acknowledging the problem that we have and taking responsibility to improve.
To our valued customer
We are out to bring the best for clients
Constantly looking for ways to improve
Got feedback on long phone wait and hard to get through
So we hired new staff which is constantly being upgraded to assist with technical support.
Additionally we are looking into new communication method for VIP Customers, to have access to Live Chat to be used instead of waiting on the phone when appropriate. What is your opinion on that?
Considering making separate voice mailbox and email address specifically for non-emergency feature requests and bug reports
This mailbox will be monitored twice daily by our developers team and will be responded to in timely fashion (2-3 business days)

We acutely only hired one Rep. at the begging she only responded to the phone callas and forward it to Tech Support. now she is fully trained on how to use the program and other technical details of tech support. But a lot of customers still ask for the older tech guy, Assuming she only answers the phone. - Somehow I would want this to come across

We could understand that in a way some people prefer speaking to a live person on the phone on the other hand the more you use the other channels, when possible, the better it is for everyone.

Chat is something that would be phased in in order to assure it goes smoothly. The fact that some clients would be using chat would benefit all other clients as well because it would ease wait time on phone for everyone.
