Contest Brief

I have a simple website which I tried to build myself (www.yachtoman.com) and would like to modify it. make it attractive, optimize it, add a booking colander where customers can book time slots with open start time and end time, costing for the booking dependent on time duration (not fixed hourly rate) plus added services such as meals, party service, etc.
Price for first hour and subsequent hours are different. Total price is a calculation. There are also some packages for long hours booking.
Rates:
1st hour A rate
2nd hour B rate
3 hours will be A + (2*B)
4 hours will be A + (3*B)
5 hours : will be A + (4*B)
6 hours special rate (C)
12 hours special rate (D)
24hours: special rate (E)

Hourly rates A,B,C,D,E and added services prices should be possible to modify for every day by admin in control pannel. Also admin should be able to blank (block) times.
Booking should be possible for 3 months in advance.
Calendar should mark busy /available times to customer at time of booking.
(my imagination : Month colander with days. beside it a separate panel that has hours section for selected day.

Once booking start /end time specified and booking rate is shown.
Customer can then select added services such as food (these are priced).

Service price gets added to booking price at checkout.
For payment, 2 options to be given
1) pay by direct transfer.
2) online payment (coming soon)... Now this should not be selectable. then in the future winner should help integrate card payment gateway once I set it up.
For now, default selection should be on No 1, once booking done, confirmation page should show message saying thank youfor booking,.... to confirm your booking, please transfer ,,,,,, to the following account (BANK ACCOUNT INFO) and ... etc

My idea for pages/sections... (But please feel free to impress me with better ides)
- Landing page
- Booking page with booking calendar (or can be section in main page)
- Gallary page or can also be section in main page
- Booking form

All info in the current website www.yachtoman.com can be used.
Website need website to be in 2 languages, English and Arabic with full RTL capability including plugins and forms. However Calendar and times can still be in English.
ALSO NEED TO BE MOBILE FRIENDLY... actually should be optimized more for viewing on handheld.

For the completed project, I need it fully editable and controllable website. So text and other customization is possible for admin panel.
Also as I am not expert, I already have hosting service and domain name (www.yachtoman.com). Will need guidance on how to install the new webpage. Current one is WordPress.
Submission should include full licenses for any plugins.
SEO and speed should be included.
