Contest Brief

WEB AND MOBILE, FOLLOWING MATERIAL DESIGN BEST PRACTICE.

The main objective of this project is to create a web platform (all in one page) and mobile (the main screens) which will have a network of software programmers in Mexico (and subsequently worldwide) competing to win more medals by way of a social network the aim is to assess skills in different technologies from a novice level to expert (Guru) each programmer will choose which assessments you want to go answering in a way that will get certain credits (skills) within our platform and be recognized worldwide, probably there will be prizes to encourage use of the platform and constantly involved.

This mainly enable us to strengthen our training services we currently offer allowing www.tecgurus.net attract customers who need training in certain skills and also have segmented to all programmers around Mexico and can be invited to participate in projects if their skills meet certain requirements, long term we want to be a framework at national level for any company wishing to evaluate their staff and obtain performance metrics programmers.
