Description
Revised Contest Brief Objective: The goal of this contest is to create an animated video that simulates the workflow of our program. This video will be based on a static infographic (provided in the attached AI files).

The infographics will serve as the content for the video. We require two versions of the video, one in Arabic and one in English, with the Arabic version being the priority.

Main Concept: Our aim is to visually represent the functioning of our program through an animated infographic, thereby contributing urban development, urban design and city management.

Details: The program comprises 15 steps (located in the center section). Each of the steps has a title and a description . At the right there is a KPIs for NSS which feeds the processes and at the left there is KPIs for CPI which the processes will feed .Each step includes a title and a description, which consists of a title and a box detailing the sub-step. Please pay special attention to the Step 15 steps .

The processes start from Step one SHOWING ALL THE POINTS IN STEP ONE FTER THE LAST POINT OF STEP ONE WE GO TO THE NSS AT THE RIGHT, SHOWING THE 6 CIRCLES ROTATING ONE CIRCLE BY ONE , ONCE NSS IS COMPLETED WE GO TO STEP 2, FOLLOW BY STEP THREE UP TO 15, AFTER 15 WE GO TO CPIS AND SHOW THE 7 CIRCLES ROTATING ONE BY ONE

We welcome creative input on the design to enhance both its visual appeal and effectiveness. Note: Please do not simply replicate the design in the attached Illustrator file. The primary objective is to convey information effectively AND SHOW THE A COMPLETE STEPS AS A SYSTEM
. We are looking for an interactive video, not merely our infographic set in motion. Important Information: Contest Duration: While the contest will remain open for 3 days, we may make a selection before 3 days due to our need to complete this project within 3 days.

YOU should think about audiance, but we need to show a SYSTEM LIKE AN ENGINE...EVERY STEP TAKES ITS INPUT FROM A PREVIOUS STEP AND FEEDS ITS OUT PUT TO THE NEXT so think of how do we make the sYtem work together..and THE WRITING READABLE
