Contest Brief

I have a commercial real estate business. I buy and develop large real estate deals.

I do not buy/flip single family homes. PLEASE NOTE: NO PITCHED ROOFS OR HOUSES IN YOUR DESIGN. They will be automatically rejected.

I had the attached logo created several years ago. It feel the current logo is "weak". It needs to be much bolder.

For the name, remove "EQUITY PARTNERS" off the text. It will look cleaner. The text should just read "Realty Dynamics".

I'd like to replace the current "globe" with new, unique design of a building or something real estate related. I would also like to see you use Gestalt Principles in your design.

I'd like to keep the same color blue, but you are free to be as creative as you wish with the design.

I am not afraid to bonus people that do amazing work. Please do your best! :-)
