Transcendence Logo Designer

Contest Brief

I'd like a stylized "T" (like the Tesla logo) for the first letter of the name "Transcendence" that could be a stand along logo on say a shirt. The full logo will be Transcendence with a subtitle below it saying "Angel Network" I've uploaded a simple pic in case I'm doing a poor job of explaining here - note: this is just an overall idea I expect something much better and more professional.
Overall theme s/b medium dark green, some black, and if you need a contrast color a dark orange comes to mind.
