Create a custom two stage/calling card app such as Easy Calling Card
 Add integrated hosted PBX (Fusion/FreeSwitch) features such as ability to select Outbound CLI
 Change Status associated with Extension. Busy, In Meeting, Out of Office (This would trigger preconfigured call routing rules)
 DTMF digits could be sent as data or faster tone dialling
