I need a simple PCB design for a 12v dc input using USB c input using 0.5 - 3v

it will require on/speed knob/off

I want this to be high quality and would like to incorporate high quality latest components

this will be used for a magnetic stirrer

this is a simple job and I only need the right advice of a circuit and parts
