Contest Brief

Create tailored sales presentations. Each sales presentation would follow the same basic structure as outlined below;
• Title page
• Mood page reflecting the client’s line of business & visually reflecting their target audience. This will involve sourcing & inserting stock photos
• Blogs/comments on promotional products & why they are beneficial
• Product information pages showcasing our offerings & concepts. It will include product information/details as well as visuals with imposed logos. Typically, from 4 to12 different ideas, one or two per page.
• ‘Why Us’ page – our strengths & reasons to buy from us
• Call to action page with contact details.
We will supply a spreadsheet for each presentation. This will advise our clients’ name, details & contact information. You must research the client to gain some insight of who the client is & what their line of business involves. Secondly, it will include the items proposed, notifying them of the relevant information, such as pricing, lead times etc.
The file may be sent to the client in either of the following ways;
• Pdf (electronic)
• PowerPoint presentation
• Hard copy (printed & bound)
We estimate there to be 5-12 information pages showcasing our offerings & concepts. May include visuals with imposed logos.
Initially, we will be creating up to 5 presentations per week, however we hope to grow this to between 10 & 20 per week.
We are looking for a virtual assistant who is able to complete these regularly & for the long term.
