Redesign a New Logo for Land Development company

Hi all,

I want to create a new logo for my company. My company's website is myhartanah.my. Included in the attachment is my current logo which I think is not suitable to my business portfolio. To give a quick brief, my company's business is buying a large plot of land and then we subdivide the plot into smaller residential size plots. So, we are not developing houses, only subdividing lands.

So for the logo, I would like to change for something more appropriate with my business. I DONT WANT A LOGO WITH HOUSE/BUILDING SHAPE. Please use reference related to LAND and/or LOCATION. Type of logo is up to you guys either Logo only, Logo combination with words or any other type so I leave the option open for you guys to suggest.

These only serves as rough guides but you can try something different :
1. Logo using letters "MH" representing my company's name MyHartanah. For the company name part, please use my website's name MyHartanah.My. Must be clean and modern and creative. If you choose to make a logo based on full company name also I'm open to the idea.
2. Again, NO house/building shape logo...logo must relate to LAND/LAND PLOT and/or LOCATION.
3. Maybe can use map-oriented motif, such as map pointer icon and/or 'plotted land shapes' to represent our business model (selling land plots at various locations). I leave the idea to you guys if you have something better.
3. Colour. Don't be restricted to the current logo colours. You may choose whatever suitable. I personally think about Gold, Black and/or Red but if it is not suitable, please suggest something better.

Files :
1. Final files must be in vectors i.e Illustrator files. Give copy in jpegs as well for viewing.
