Hi Freelancers

I am in search of a skilled artist to accurately replicate an image that combines the Australian and Irish flags in a smoke effect, as per the attached reference.

The artwork will be featured on a can holder, and it is crucial that the final print adheres to the exact dimensions and specifications outlined in the attached image.

The design must include the specific text featured in the reference images.

It should be accurately spelled and subtly blended into the center of the flags.

I will require two final images:

One with the text.
One without the text.
