Realistic-Cartoon Inspired Caracal Illustration

Contest Brief

I'm seeking an artist capable of creating an illustration of a caracal, using provided images for inspiration. The desired result is a mix between realistic and cartoonish styles. Caracal will be “cartoonish” in that it will have a more two-dimensional shape, but will still have details that make it appear more realistic.

Desired Features:
- The illustration should focus on the caracal's head and neck only.
- Achieve a profile view perspective, showcasing distinct features of this species. (Teeth, intimidating pose, distinctive ears).
- Black and white illustration; ideally without color as its purpose is to be a tattoo. Caracal head should be oriented to the left (the caracal’s right) when viewed as it’s going on my left shoulder and will be facing forward in relation to my body.

Ideal Freelancer:
- Significant experience in combining realistic and cartoonish styles in illustrations.
- A solid understanding of animal anatomy will be a requirement to accurately produce the desired result.
- Able to work from reference images, and translate them into a unique art piece.

    - In all the the contests to limit the number of posted proposals for each participant (I think 3 could be a maximun adequate).
    The Freelancer site must consider the differents workload between an art made from an artist from scratch and after several hours, until get a decent proposal, and other generated transcribing the customer description and pushing the button, getting tens proposals in seconds.
    Also the participants using AI paractically flood the contests with repetitives images that limit and difficulting appreciate the quality art, acting mainly to detrimen of the firsts ones named.

    - Freelancer site MUST find an effective way to TRULY APPLY THE SANCTIONS to these that infringment the rules about COPYRIGHTS, COPYCATS, POSTS EXCESIVES & REPETITIVE, etc.
    I always had been active in report this kind of bad behavior but after of many reports without consequence I decided reduce this activity.

    The use of AI is a very complex issue here in Freelancer site.
    Freelancer allows the use of AI for anything, is the concept more adequete for them, and to be realistic is a new tool as was photoshop or 3d software in their time.
    I had been thinking about the way to be fair with this current transition and I think something like:

    - Request to the contest holder to specify if their projects/contests they are agree to receive proposal generated for AI and remark this in all the initial briefings. In this way the interested one can decide if post or not, avoiding the wasted time through participate with I consider is unfair competence.

    1) I request to ask for proof of original art, ask for screenshot of sketch, lineart and colouring layers
    2) Don't pay to these cheap & unworthy people, there are lot of deserving people on this platform 3) You won't get vector image for printing with these AI images
    4) You can't hold copyright rights and anyone can use your art\logo however they want in future

      If the customer pay 40usd (or less) can get a Midjourney license to produce same amount of AI generated images like those are flooding the contest.
      Maybe with better results than these.
