Contest Brief

This is a contest to find a react.js expert who will work on my long-term project. Create a react.js project and clone some features from twitch.tv. The winner will be working on my long-term project to rebuild existing website with react.js.
I'm looking for a react.js expert who can rebuild my existing website with react.js. Website is built with Ruby On Rails, so You also must have a Ruby On Rails experience. Also I'd like to improve UI/UX and some features while rebuilding, so If you have a good UI/UX skills, you'll be a winner of this contest. Morning call is requried to check project status, so You need to speak fluent english.
This is a test project so won't take long time(20 ~ 30 minutes is ok.), but you should show me your react.js, UI/UX skills with this project.
