Contest Brief

We are a company that sells residential real estate. We want a presentation to take with us on appointments to meet people who want to sell their homes in hope that they choose to hire us to sell their homes. We want a very professional and successful feel to the presentation.
The presentation will be professionally printed and placed in a binder with pockets. We also want the presentation to be able to be presented on a computer in Powerpoint or PDF format or both.
We have put some of the content we'd like into a Powerpoint format for you to see. I also have a copy of a competitor's presentation.

    Some of the slides are content-heavy, do you mind if I make it a little shorter. As in powerpoint presentation, it is good to have less text on the slide, so you can explain a little bit. However I have submitted my version with full text, do share your thoughts.
