Contest Brief

I am looking to creating ONE Powerful Ad design for a slider for a homepage. The needs to look simplistic, elegant, and professional.
The dimensions need to be on TWO sizes, one 1100x450 and the second to be 800x800 pixels. All in adobe illustrator or even Adobe Photoshop. The main colors to be emphasized in the Power AD are:
RED and WHITE and GOLD.

We need a very experienced designer, very artistic and who understands the concepts of marketing. Please do not waste your time or mine with inferior designs. This project is for serious designers only. Attached, you will see the files uploaded with additional descriptions and instructions. Please read it carefully and best of luck. Attached, I have also included an Ad for a previous project. The NEW PROJECT's name and is on the word file attached WORD FILE.
