Contest Brief

I would like to edit a collage image of this artist I have here

I need this to be size 24x36 and enhance the images so they can look as best as you can for print.

But i would like them to manipulated and make them look amazing like the samples i have attached as a reference

Need some good photoshop skills.

I just need one and then if you get the concept i'm trying to create there will be many more to make
