PHOTO EDITING CONTEST

I am a hotel photographer. For 10 years I have worked with a retoucher in Vietnam who would take my finished edited tiff files, and the corresponding mark up, and fix or remove what I mark up.

That person is no longer available, so I'm looking for someone else. You must speak decent english to understand my instructions. You must be available for at least a few hours each day to do retouching like this. You must be easy to reach via email. You should be an expert at photoshop and know how to use AI in photoshop.

As a test, I am sumbitting here an exterior photos, and a marked up photo showing what I want done with it. If interested in the contest, and if you meet the criteria above, please feel free to try the contest.

1. DOWNLOAD THE ATTACHED FILE AND DO THE INSTRUCTED RETOUCH
2. also make a path for american flag. If you forget this step you wont be considered.
3. all the edits (not just some) shown in red must be completed. if you just do a portion of them, your entry will be rejected.

I will be asking the winner to continue with long term work, so you should also be willing and available to take on new work. If the work has any photoshop evidence, it will not be considered.

For the contest holder, I have few questions. I see this contest end within 1 day so i can't complete this within this time frame. To make 100% quality work i need 7 days for fully manual edit. AI can be fast but I would like to do manual. and half of work will be reject too. If it possible to extend more time, Please let me know. I am very interesting on your project.
