I need a website designed / Desarrollar página

Me gustaría desarrollar un software / página web de nómina, usarlo para mi empresa y también vender acceso a mis clientes. Que se puedan registrar, ejecutar nóminas, ejecutar informes, ejecutar talonarios de pago, donde el sistema calcule las retenciones respectivas, proporcionar informes con retenciones e iguala patronal. Además, si incluye un reloj de entrada y una opción de inicio de sesión para los empleados, eso será mejor. Por otro lado, necesito separar estas características/opciones, serán productos adicionales para el cliente. No quiero que los clientes paguen más por cosas que no usan.

Por favor: Realice una maqueta y también envíeme una cotización sobre su tarifa para un sistema completamente desarrollado.

I would like to develope a payroll software/webpage, to use it for my firm and also sell access to my clients were they are able to clock in, run payroll, run reports, run paystubs, where the system calculates the respective withholdings, provide reports with withholdings and employer matching. Also if it includes a clock in and login option for the employees that will be better. In the other hand, I need to have these features separated, those will be additional products for the customer. I don’t want clients over paying for stuff they don’t use.

Please do a mock-up and also send me a quote on your rate for a fully developed system.
