Contest Brief

We want to refresh/upgrade our monthly Mailchimp newsletters - make it visually appealing, purpose for newsletter is to be engaging and dynamic, responsive to current issues in order to grow customer base (it will tie in to social media engagement and website traffic). So far, it's just a mishmash of product offers/sales with atrocious layout. Audience is mostly therapists, but there will be some laypeople/non-therapists who will want to be kept in the loop (eg. massage, physical therapy, acupuncture, chiro etc).

Sections are as follows:

1) 1-2 sentences to open up "conversation", with any questions please contact us at phone #, email address or social media handles

2) Patient of the month (basically success stories/testimonials)

3) Science news (it will be current research that's happening, studies published etc)

4) What's New (current issues, product sales/offers)

5) Closing with a call to action/further engagement (like please visit our website for more info etc)

The first several seconds of opening the newsletter is key to retaining people's attention. Can't have them take one look at newsletter or the email itself (in inbox) and say, there's nothing there to be seen.

You may rearrange items 2-4 as you see fit, if it makes for better flow/engagement.
