Contest Brief

I need a logo designed. I am teaching healthcare to children. I am wanting a logo when you look at it, it represents a childs knowledge gained, wisdom and interest in medicine/healthcare.
Some with hands holding a brain outlined and healthcare icons inside the brain. For the people I need 1 Adult female doctor with 3 kids dressed and looking like healthcare professionals as well but dressed differently.
